		<description>I am not sure I agree about the two hours of her own time.  Many people, when inspired, will work on their own time but that is different than asking an employee to do so.  You would not offer $1,000 to get started as long as she matched it with $1,000 of her own money, would you -- at least not unless you also offered her a share of the profits?</description>

While doing nothing makes sense if you are a nation competing with other nations, it&#039;s the antithesis of good capitalism, good leadership, and good management.</description>
